This policy explains how EMTA Signs Inc. (“EMTA Signs”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, by phone and email, and in the course of quoting and delivering signage work. It applies to visitors, prospective customers, and customers.
We are a signage manufacturer and installer based at 1068 Union Center Dr, Suite D25, Alpharetta, GA 30004. We are not an advertising network and we do not operate a data business.

Information you give us. When you request a quote, call, email, or visit the shop, we collect what you choose to provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, project location, project details, and any artwork, logo files, sketches, or photographs you send us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, or government identification through this website. Please do not send them to us by email or through the quote form.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to prepare quotes, ask follow-up questions, produce and install your signage, schedule site visits and installations, invoice you, provide warranty or service support, and keep records of work performed.
We use automatically collected technical information to operate and improve the website, diagnose problems, and protect against abuse.

Artwork and project files
Files you send us — logos, brand guidelines, drawings, photographs of your building or vehicle — are used only to design, quote, and produce your project. We keep project artwork on file so that reorders, additional vehicles, and replacement panels can match the original.
We may photograph completed work and use those photographs in our portfolio, on this website, and on our social media. If you would prefer your project not be shown, or your business name not be identified, tell us and we will honour that.
When we share information
We share personal information only where it is necessary to do the work or where the law requires it:
- Service providers. Companies that host our website, deliver our email, process payments, or ship materials, acting on our instructions.
- Trade partners. Where a project needs a licensed electrician, crane operator, or similar specialist, we share only what that partner needs to do the job.
- Permitting authorities and landlords. Where a sign permit or a landlord approval requires project and contact details.
- Legal. Where we are required to by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as they are useful to follow up. Project records, artwork, and invoices are kept for as long as needed to support reorders, warranty questions, and our legal and tax obligations, and are then deleted or archived.
Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have something sensitive to send, call us rather than emailing it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you for marketing purposes; we will still need to contact you about work in progress.
