A monument sign sits at the property line and takes abuse: weather, string trimmers, sprinklers, and the occasional bumper. It is a structure first and a graphic second.
Built for the ground
Footing, base material, and drainage decide whether the sign is still square in five years. The finish matters, but the part nobody sees is what keeps it standing.
Multi-tenant pylons
Individual tenant panels in a shared frame, so a unit can change hands without touching the structure. Panel sizes get planned around the longest tenant name you expect, not the shortest.
Address and wayfinding
Street numbers, entrance and exit markers, and directional signage that keeps delivery drivers and first-time customers out of the wrong driveway.

Before you ask us
Does it need to be lit?
Many municipalities require the street number to be legible at night, and a dark monument on a busy road is close to invisible. Internal illumination or ground-mounted lighting both work.
Who handles the footing?
We coordinate the civil work with the sign structure so the two are designed together.
