Building Signs
Building identification has to be read at speed, from further away than a storefront sign, often above the first floor. That changes the letter height, the mounting method, and the equipment needed on install day.
Sized for the distance
A rule of thumb: every inch of letter height buys roughly ten feet of readable distance. We size from where your customer actually sees the building, not from what fits the drawing.

Mounted to the wall you have
Brick, EIFS, metal panel, and wood all take different anchors. We survey the wall before fabrication so the mounting pattern is designed for the substrate rather than improvised on a lift.

Access and safety
Bucket truck, scissor lift, or boom lift depending on height and ground conditions. That gets planned before the day, along with any parking or lane coordination.

Questions
Before you ask us
Can you re-face an existing building sign?
Often yes. If the cabinet and structure are sound, replacing the face is far cheaper than rebuilding, and it is the usual answer after a rebrand.
What about after-hours install?
Available where a landlord or an operating business needs the work outside trading hours.
